The best dishes of the Portuguese cuisine

If you spend the next holidays in Portugal, don't miss to try the typical dishes. Portugal hasn't Mediterranean coast, however the Portuguese cuisine uses Mediterranean ingredients like olive oil, garlic, wine, rice and lots of fish. On the one hand it feels the peninsular origen (chouriço, presunto), and on the other the exotic colonial influence (with ingredients like saffron, vanilla, mango or curry).
This is the list of the most famous dishes of Portuguese cuisine. If you miss any, add it!
